The first step is to choose a space you like, a parking space and a storage room. A Property Reservation Agreement is then signed, and an advance payment of €3000 is made within three days. Your apartment is thus considered reserved.
If your bank requires it, you will need to provide an appraisal of the property carried out by a certified appraiser, where the apartment's completion rate is registered at the Registry Centre at 80% or more. Therefore, it is important to choose the appraiser from the list of appraisers provided by your bank.
If the home is purchased with a loan, full payment is made after signing the Master Purchase and Sale Agreement with a notary.
If the home is purchased without credit, full payment is made in accordance with the procedure set out in the Main Purchase and Sale Agreement (before or after the notarial deed is signed).
After signing the Master Purchase and Sale Agreement, you are handed the keys to the property, and furnishing can begin.
The Master Purchase and Sale Agreement would be followed by direct contracts with heat, electricity and water suppliers.
